Works with any network, but recommended for T-Mobile. Full QWERTY keyboard, great for text messaging! Comes with wall charger, car charger, and case. I've only used it for a couple months, it was new before that. All features will only work if you also have a sidekick data plan along with regular plan, but it will make calls and send text messages.
